Pretty trinket, no battery life after 2- 3 months

Stylish, comfortable and completely useless! I was so keen to have one, I pre-ordered it before it was released. Got it, loved it for 3 weeks (the battery lasted 5-6 days, at first). Then, 3 days, then 2 days, then only 12 hours, and now about 4 hours.
I've sent it in for repair by Samsung TWICE, so far. I would have sent it back a 3rd time but got busy with hurricanes and their aftermath. I'd love to know how well or poorly I'm sleeping, but if I put a fully charged ring on at 10pm, it says I only slept 3 hours - the battery dies about 1am. Samsung has been less than helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shedding coating in a month

Not too great. The black ring i have has started to loose the coating. Its only been a month.
The battery life is impressive though
For the amount they're charging, I'm disappointed that it's loosing color on the edges

It analyzes your sleep by measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and skin temperature. Additionally, it monitors your heart rate and can automatically detect and track your walking and running activities once you enable this feature in the Samsung Health settings of the Galaxy Wearable app. We hate to see that you've noticed some shedding on your ring. There are a few things to keep in mind when wearing the Galaxy Ring. It's important to ensure that the orientation indicator is facing your palm, that it fits snugly against your skin to enable accurate health tracking, and to wear it on your non-dominant hand to prevent scratches. Additionally, refrain from wearing metal jewelry on adjacent fingers, remove the ring when handling heavy objects, and avoid it around magnets, as these can disrupt health tracking features. Samsung provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and additional coverage is available through Samsung Care+ for extended protection. Will not last

It's a great product when it works but after about an year and a half of owning this ring, it does not hold a charge.
From a full charge, I will sleep for 7 hours and wake up to approximately just under 30% battery on a good day.
I was excited for the next iteration after purchasing but will probably just look into other options after the ring fully stops holding a charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pry wouldn't buy again

Ring looks nice and has some cool features. Seems cheaply made though mine has already scratched or chipped in multiple places. I have only had it for a week and haven't done any crazy activity to warrant that happening. So now it just looks bad

This ain't it

I wanted to love this ring. I truly did. I have been really diving into using it for the past few weeks and I have finally gotten to a point of being over it. The "AI" isn't that smart. I get the same generic energy score "recommendation" every single morning. I spend the day working out? Next morning "You should rest more today!" So I rest more. The next morning I wake up "Your rigorous activity was low, you should workout more today!" PICK A LANE. It wouldn't be so bad if sprinkled in some other feedback, but it's the same. thing. every. day. Samsung, I love you. But this wasn't it for me personally.

DON'T BUY IT

I bought the ring a little over a year ago. It worked perfectly for approximately nine months, and then the battery started lasting no longer than 24 hours. Luckily, it was still under warranty; I sent the product in, they fixed the defect, and now—four months later—the battery doesn't last more than 12 hours. I am no longer under warranty, and they are charging me a fee to repair it. I decided not to pay the fee; instead, I will take the money I would have spent to keep the ring working for a few more months and invest it in an Oura Ring. It is more expensive, but it seems to be of higher quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
