Definitely was worth the swith for me. Ib switched from the watch 4 to the ring. The watch might be for others but for me coming from the watch 4 2 to 3 days use them charge to the watch 8 one to one and a half day use them charge i tried the ring. Fixed me exactly what i need hesrt rate sensor and sleep tracker and I'm fine with the every 5-6 day charge. Case always handy, 2 and a half charges from that so i always have my necessary sensors and only have to charge my phone daily. Was kind of tired of carrying the charging cable for that around. But the ring is lighter doesn't feel like i have anything in. And it doesn't get in the way with light while I'm sleeping. Better choice for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Get great sleep information with the Galaxy Ring!

The Galaxy AI uses the data to generate your Energy score. It helps you build a plan for tracking and improving your sleep to build your Energy levels.

Don't waste your money.

After a year of Utilizing the Samsung Ring. The product doesn't holdn a charge after one year. Very disappointed. Again, do not waste your money on this product.

This product has great features.

I use it for health purposes and it also looks good on your fingers. They fit perfectly fine. They aren't as wide as other brands. I like the Galaxy AI.
