I transitioned from a Garmin Venue Series watch to the Galaxy Ring and overall, gained a great deal of value. To be sure, I lost the ability to easily visualize my Body Battery progress throughout the day and night as well as automated inclusion of my nap data for sleeping. I also lost the straight-forward cardiac intensity minute tracking for exercise. However, from the Galaxy Ring, I gained a large amount of detailed data underlying those measurements which enables a much more nuanced interpretation of what is going on. With the Garmin product, I went through a large series of gradual improvements from the original software. With the Galaxy product, I received this large amount of information on the first release. Great job Samsung!
