It helps me stay informed by keeping track of all the things I typically don't have time to pay attention to. This allows me to keep track of what's most important to my health and make adjustments in real time that serve me best.
I've used watches before that sometimes lose connectivity or don't really work all that well, and this is where the ring shines. It works effortlessly with my devices to communicate in real time and let me know what's going on with me. I love it I recommend it to anyone who is curious as to what is going on with them and wants to ensure they are living their best life. The Galaxy Ring is by far the best product I've found for keeping my health at my fingertips.

The watch is fantastic but not sure about everyone else but for me wearing a watch to sleep is uncomfortable. Then to make this addition to my Samsung echo system with seamless integration was the perfect choice for me.

Definitely a great addition and long battery life also. Keeps up with many vitals and especially when sleeping because I never wore my Watch sleeping.
