Great product when you dint like watches

Great features for the price

Besides the nice look of the ring (could use a few more colors), and how light weight and durable it is, this ring tracks everything - stress, breathing, blood pressure, and provides an energy score. You get all this without a subscription fee. All the information is collected and it provides me a daily and weekly rundown of me, and recommendations to better myself.
I use the galaxy ultra 25 phone, and it pairs seamlessly with my ring.
I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to better understand their bodies better.

How I feel about my galaxy ring.

Better than a watch
