One important benefit I got from Samsung Ring is sleep monitoring which resulted me to increase my sleep and now my energy score also increased from mid 70s to 90s.

Great tracker that doesn't add to electronic distractions; no beeps, buzzes, or alarms. The only negative is that I wasn't expecting the LIGHTS! In the dark, and particularly if I move while sleeping, the red and green lights are VERY flashy and bright enough to use as a small flashlight!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just wish the sensors were flush and not sticking out. When your finger swells up it can cause a bit of discomfort when trying to remove the ring.
