you need to have half sizes for sure. The ring was to big and the 9 was too small.

I bought this ring as i don't want too go again in smart watch as i am a traditional analog watch wear. This ring helped me a lot towards my sleep and fitness. The energy score is just awesome. And look good as an accessory on hand. It does not feel like i am wearing it. It tracks sleep better than watch.

Nice build quality, love the chatting case, easy to setup. But I found some deficiencies that ultimately made the ring not useful for me. The biggest being that I could not invoke a spo2 reading whenever I want. I need to monitor spo2. The second is that I could not differentiate the rings data from my watch data for comparison. These two shortcomings (spo2 issue alone) forced me to return the ring and go to another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it, I can stop carrying around my phone all the time. My very first impression was the quality and beautiful case that it comes in. The case alone is probably more expensive than the ring! I do wish they came in half sizes. I ws surprised at how lightweight the ring is and it was easy to adjust to wearing all day, every day.
At night, it lights up green/red/green and took some getting used to.
The number one reason to buy this ring was because the Samsung software was already on my Galaxy phone and there is no monthy fee. Since purchasing this ring, my health has improved and keeps me on track to continue to exercise. I even adjusted my sleep cycle to add another 45 minutes to my sleep.
At night, it lights up green/red/green and took some getting used to.
