Best subscription free ring for an average user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this ring for about 3 weeks now. Ordered size 8 which was a bit loose for me but now it seems a bit tight due to the exercise suggestions by Galaxy AI based on my habit. The ring felt a bit chunky for my slender finger often causing a tendency to remove. Thickness reduction at either sides would be a nice design change for this. It doesn't track game engagements but walking score seems okay to me - only checks how much your ring swings as the basis for the pedometer. Accuracy seems less. May be adding GPS could fix this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Ring for about 4.5 months now, and honestly, I think it’s the best smart ring out there right now. Between the features, the price point, and how durable it is. I’ve literally never taken it off. It’s super comfortable, and the amount of health data I get from it is crazy detailed.
The Galaxy AI makes a huge difference too. It gives smart suggestions based on my sleep, activity, and stress levels. It’s not just tracking, it’s helping me understand what to actually do with the info. And the battery is so long lasting I usually charge it one in 10 days
For something this small to be that useful is honestly wild. No screen, no fuss, just a ring that works exactly how I need it to. 10/10 from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew I should have just bought the Galaxy Ring before I purchased the Oura but I was in a hurry and couldn't wait. Besides all the features of the Galaxy Ring being free and working well with the S25 , no extra apps and it even works together with my Galaxy Watch 7 to give me accurate step count and heart rate. I could have saved myself money if I would have just gotten the Galaxy Ring first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Ring (size 12) for a while, and I’m really impressed with its battery life. Even with daily use and sleep tracking on, I easily get several days on a single charge. It feels lightweight and comfortable, and not having to think about charging it all the time makes it super convenient. If battery life is a main concern, the Galaxy Ring definitely delivers. Galaxy AI certainly makes a significant impact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy ring is amazing! With the body temperature sensor it's able to track my period better than I can. Forget trying to cross off days on calendars, all I do is wait for a notification from my phone that says "according to my body temperature my period will be starting in the next 2 days". At this point between my ring and my phone they know me better than I know myself!

Nice as an addition to the Galaxy ecosystem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Galaxy Ring with my Galaxy Watch Ultra (2024) and Galaxy S23 Ultra so it uses very little power and acts as more of a backup when my Watch is dead or isn't providing data for whatever reason, and the ring has been helpful when used this way. The charge lasts a long time, the ring and case both charge quickly, and I prefer the portability of the Galaxy Ring + charging case setup over my old Oura Horizon Gen 3. The paint is starting to scuff off on the edges a little bit, but I expected that to happen as wear-and-tear from normal usage.
Would recommend this as an addition for others already in the Samsung product ecosystem.

I love my Samsung Galaxy Ring — it's a total game-changer. The design is sleek and very comfortable, so I forget I'm even wearing it. I don't feel the sensors on the ring at all. It tracks my heart rate, sleep, and stress with amazing accuracy. I've been using it for a few weeks now and the battery lasts nearly almost a week. I simply take it off and charge it while in the shower and it hasn't dropped under 80%. This is way better than most wearables galaxy watch classic which has to be charged daily or it is no longer usable. I also love how smoothly it connects to the Samsung Health. It’s great for everyday wear. It's a nice add to not have to have my watch on or a phone on to continue tracking important stats.
I would recommend this to a friend!
