[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are definitely some strong points, but also a few things that bothered me:
1. The price is too high for what it actually does.
2. The sleep tracking — especially heart rate and sleep stages — is excellent. (Honestly, if my sleep score looked good in the morning, it set the tone for my whole day.)
3. It does feel a bit bulky.
4. The battery life is gradually getting worse. It used to last a full week, now I have to charge it every five days or so.
5. After gaining a bit of weight, the ring feels tighter. (That’s on me, though...)
6. I rarely use the fitness tracking because I already have a Galaxy Watch.
7. That said, the design looks good with pretty much any outfit.
Final verdict: The price feels too steep. Honestly, other than the sleep tracking, I don’t find myself using it much. I really wish they added more features — like HbA1c tracking (like on the Galaxy Watch) or even real-time blood glucose monitoring. If a ring could do that, it’d be a game-changer.
Anyway, just wanted to share my honest thoughts. If there’s a Ring 2 coming, I’ll definitely consider it — but only if the price makes sense and it offers more value.

Simply amazing. A must buy for all samsung lovers

Useful for health tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Ring is very useful for monitoring health data. I use it ti track my steps, my heart rate, O2 levels and sleep patterns. It integrates well with my Samsung watch and phone, and they even take over for each other if the battery runs low on a device. The battery lasts a long time and is easy to charge with the included case. The rings works great with the Wear app and Samsung Health. I really appreciated how they send you a ring sizing kit with a dummy ring for every size, so you can wear it for a couple of days to determine the best size. I chose a size that fits a couple of fingers, no matter whether myhands are swollen or not, it always fits one finger. Plus I wear the ring constantly except when charging, in the shower or washing my hands and it still looks brand new after over 6 months.

Helps to measure good sleeping habits

After looking at different products It came down to the samsung ring or the aurora ring but since I had a samsung phone I picked the samsung ring and it was the best decision I could've have taken. The ring has helped me figure out my sleeping patterns and I've never felt better.

Amazing battery life and cool gestures

Don't forget there are a few basic gestures as well that allow you to take hands-free pictures. When wearing this and a Samsung watch the Galaxy AI make sure that all of your data is accurately tracked, and when the ring is tracking your steps it helps with the watches efficiency.
