This is hands down the best TV Sony has ever produced. The picture quality is outstanding and so filmic. You can also make the picture look however you want whether you’re an accuracy person or someone who prefers pop and enhancement. I know people say OLED is the best but I beg to differ. The 85” Bravia 9 model specifically is in a league of its own and has to be seen in person, preferably in your or someone’s home and not a retail store, to understand just how great this TV is. I’m coming from an 83” A80L and tried the LG G5. I returned the G5 because I missed that SONY processing and I went with the 85” Bravia 9. Best TV buying decision I’ve ever made hands down.

I have a Lg QLED for 5 years. We have a light room. The QLED was hard to see late in the day. We read about the Bravia 9. We have only had it one day, but WOW, it has exceeded our expectations.

Installed last Friday and it's an amazing picture. only issue is that a sony soundbar does not integate seamlessly and let you use one remote control to power on and off TV and Sound bar. I will have to call tech support.

We are glad to hear that you are enjoying the amazing picture quality the BRAVIA 9 offers, on the other hand, if you are experiencing an issue with the BRAVIA Sync control between your devices, here you have some recommendations that can help: - Verify that each device has HDMI-CEC compatibility and the HDMI Control setting is On. - Make sure your Sound bar is connected trough HDMI cable, since this feature works only using an HDMI cable, if you are using an optical cable please change it to an HDMI cable. - Check for any updates pending on both devices.

In-store performance and home same. Couldn't ask for better. Easy setup, both out of box and final hardware install. Caution! Unit very heavy. I like software the way it is. NO UPGRADES! Is trying to o a software upgrade already. I don't want. Looks like Google and Sony are trying to control the apps. Very confusing for me.
