Amazing picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image is so clear and sharp, I have multiple video game consoles like a Switch, PS3, 4 and 5 pro and it makes even the older console look nicer and smoother with the upscaling features. Movies look amazing and the colors are breathtaking. I would 110% recommend this a your new OLED purchase, you won't be disappointed.

Great TV with Limited Glare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievable television. I originally went into Best Buy planning to replace my 75” Sony TV with a similar model. It worked fine and met my needs, so I wasn’t looking to upgrade - just replace.
While browsing, I came across this Samsung TV, and the picture immediately caught my attention. What really stood out was the near-zero glare. It was a few thousand dollars more than I planned to spend, but after talking with a salesperson and learning about its anti-glare technology, I decided to go for it.
I’m extremely glad I did.
This TV is a total game changer. My home has a lot of windows and LED lighting, and glare has always been an issue - until now. I can leave the blinds open, keep the lights on, and still enjoy a crystal-clear picture with no distracting reflections.
Beyond that, the overall performance is outstanding. The colors are vibrant, the brightness is excellent, and motion handling is incredibly smooth. Everything just looks better.
If glare has ever been a problem for you, this TV is absolutely worth the investment. Highly
recommend.

TERRIBLE AI customer support and very difficult

LOUSIEST SUPPORT AND MANUALS...For $4000 television, Samsung has done injustice to the custome by not providing proper usermanual and support. I called to get help and first got intercepted by their stupid AI robot - had to call 3 times to figureout a way around...total waste of my time.
Then comes the customer service representative...poor girl had to listen to my furstration when it is not her fault that Samsung execitives decided to put out a horrible user manual....It doe snot even have a model number on it and it does not even show dimensions of the TV or the one connect box, neither it shows what type of connections are available on one connect box...just shameful documentation on Samsung's side...I wish I would have bought Sony TV....

To help you get the most from your TV and remote functions, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your S95F TV model to view or download the available guides.

The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.

For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, press the Return key twice.

Awesome TV...

It died 2 months in. The whole screen was replaced under warranty. This does not give me confidence for the future of this TV, despite being good initially. Hopefully we just got a lemon.
