The heatsink keeps temps stable, and it works perfectly with my setup right out of the box, no compatibility issues at all. It also runs efficiently with low temps and zero slowdown. Strong real-world application and content creation performance.
Outstanding power efficiency and relatively cool operation (especially with the included or a quality motherboard heatsink).
Single-sided design aids compatibility and thermals.
Weaknesses:
Random 4K write speeds can lag behind some Phison-based competitors in specific tests.
Gaming benchmarks (e.g., 3DMark Storage) are solid but not always class-leading.
For everyday users or gamers on Gen4 systems, the jump from a good Gen4 SSD (like Samsung's own 990 PRO) may feel incremental rather than transformative.
