Easy setup, great picture

High quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung for streaming hulu and Netflix. Its absolutely amazing. The quality of the tv is nice and clear. My bf uses it for gaming and the resolution is perfect. No grainy pictures and the sound is loud and clear. Also as great apps. I do not regret this purchase. I would totally recommend getting this TV!!

Voice is always out of sync

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter how often I adjust the Samsung sound bar according to instructions, or turn the sound bar off and adjust the television according to instructions, the voice doesn’t match the picture for any more than an hour. I have a 13- year old Sony that doesn’t have this issue at all. I’ve checked on line and followed all suggestions applicable to Samsung, but can’t solve the problem. Otherwise, a nice television.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's Q80A QLED 4K Smart TV and for sharing your experience with sound delay issues. It could possibly be a source issue, but if you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Please know that our 2021 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

Have to delete and reinstall apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several Samsung TVs and love them. For this to be a smart tv, it's not so smart. I have to delete and reinstall YouTube TV app several times a day to get it to change stations. It's spins alot and then locks up. None of my other Samsung Smart TVs have this issue. So disappointed.

My Smart home just got smarter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a filmmaker by profession and absolutely love the picture quality of this TV. True colors to what I and what other filmmakers spend many hours to perfect as well as beautiful shots and action need to be presented perfectly, and this TV does. I also have a "smart home" and the smart features that this TV has make it smarter. I can just tell my virtual assistant to turn it on and off and that's it. Would buy it again!
