I've owned this camera doorbell for 2.5 years now, and have been really pleased with how good the product is for the price. The online support has been great too, so very happy to recommend this.

Overall the door bell camera is very good, however, I was not satisfied with the fact that a push-notification would not generated by an event after I turned my phone on subsequent to an event that was created when my phone was off. Via email I corresponded with Ann about my concern and she was very helpful and prompt with her responses, however, since this issue was beyond her scope she indicated she would raise my concern with her team as a priority since it would involve doing some programming of the app to allow that feature/benefit which I fully understand. Hopefully the Aosu team will resolve this issue as other door bell cameras of other companies have this feature. Thank-you Ann. Since there is no subscription fee and if one can do without the feature I mentioned above I would recommend this product.

This product comes with better picture quality, voice clarity, and night vision. This is a much better product to my initial one V8model. I will recommend it for those who are considering a video doorbell at a reasonable price.

Bought this camera door bell in 2024, some reason its not connecting. So spoke to Julie at Asou and she has kindly issued out a replacement door bell and extended my warranty. Shes been absolutely brilliant and great service. Very happy.

I purchased two doorbell cameras; one had an issue with the battery. Julie replaced the faulty unit very quickly, now both cameras are working great. Excellent product and service.
