We were looking for a video doorbell that DID NOT require a subscription. We found this one and really liked how easy it was to set up and use. We loved that we could get notifications of the activity on our front porch when we were not home. Highly recommend this product!

I had a couple small issues with my doorbell camera not recording videos only showing live. I emailed a question, even doubting that I would get a reply. Quit the opposite I was helped almost immediately. Very good 5/5

I bought this without realizing that it was designed for 2.4G wifi, which was my bad. I have a 5G network, and although I tried multiple hacks to get it to connect anyway, it ultimately failed. That's totally on me, but Aosu was still very helpful in processing my return. Julie was a huge help - she helped me troubleshoot the issue and then got my return smoothly on the way when we couldn't fix it. Would HIGHLY recommend for 2.4G wifi users!

The products are super easy to set up and have great quality! I had an issue that was 100% my fault so I sent an email to the support team and Julie provided the best service with quick responses and help with the issue!!
