the Aosu Video Doorbell Pro works very well, gives a clear indication of anyone near my doors. It worked well for several years and then stopped communicating with my cellphone. I struggled with getting the 2 synced, even had teenagers try. one suggested calling or emailing the company . I emailed them, address was in the instruction booklet. Within a day I had a response with suggestions on how to reconnect. I tried those directions but it still didn't work.. I emailed again and again received a prompt response. Uninstalled the app completely then reinstalled it and presto...it was up and running just like new. I was very pleased with the help I received. was great ! ABSOLUTLEY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I bought the Aosu video doorbell ultra, and could not connect to wifi. Ann in support responded in very short order, once her department was notified. She identified the problem and dispatched a replace in short order. Ann was very pleasant to deal with and very understanding. Will recommend Aosu to my friends. Thank you
