Really excited to use the door camera along with two house cameras to ensure protection on my home. So far company has been very prompt with communication and after researching, I feel I have made the best choice.

I was given Auso security cameras and a doorbell. They serve my purpose well. I get good footage at the door and the cameras work well for the areas where they are mounted. The doorbell failed after several months; Auso replaced it and extended the warranty. I like being able to hard wire the doorbell so that I don't have to charge it.

I like this video camera. However, the only reason why I didn't give it five stars is the view range. We have an enclosed porch, so I bought it to see when things are being delivered. The view shows the entire porch, HOWEVER, it does not show when someone enters onto the porch, nor opens the screen door. It stops just shy of the opening to our porch door. So, I wish it was wider or we could select the default zone like the cameras.

Product did not come with SD card required me to purchase cloud space and to be able to have access to functions. Those fees are to high. While I can use without you are forced to see their add every time someone comes to the door . Plus it took weeks to get here. Other than that it is ok.

This unit does what it is supposed to do but I do have a couple of things that hold me back from offering 5 stars. I wish that it was compatible with the AOSU Homebase so that hardware could be used for the on-site storage rather than needing to purchase an additional storage source with a SD card. Also, it would be nice to have the option to connect to the home’s existing doorbell chime. The unit that connects to the doorbell that “rings” has a low quality chime sound. They offer three options but all are poor quality. Finally, when the doorbell is rung and the notification comes through on the phone, it continues to ring until you pick up the phone and shut off the alarm. If you don’t have the phone immediately at hand this is problematic. If it could be controlled by the Apple Watch app that would help but I’m not sure that is possible. My suggestion wound to offer options in the app for how many rings are played before shutting off. The video quality is clearly where they have placed their investment as it is excellent.
