Setup camera and door bell and everything looked good. I tried to install an SD card in the chime unit with no luck. 3 different SD cards and none of them were detected despite working fine in other electronics. 2 days ago the video live feed stopped working. When I try to view the feed I get error messages. I've done all the fix actions I could find, reload, reinstall, reconnect, WiFi reset, etc and still same issue. Looked online and found a Reddit thread with a whole bunch of consumers with the exact same issue. Guess I am returning my unit and going to find a better model. Buyer beware.

Orderd a door bell. Didn鈥檛 turn up had a yodel card through the door saying behind chair checked wasnt there I have sent 2 or 3 messages to the (robot) on the page and had no response what so ever! I have now had to go into my bank to sort it that way shocking that no response has been given.

I bought one in June fitted it ok working for one month. After that could not hear the bell on the homebase and got disconnected from my phone. Can't get it on again. Tried their so called help line nobody answering. Do not buy this product.
