My unit stopped working after 2 years. The company sent a new one free of charge and worked diligently to help with its installation when I encountered a problem. I highly recommend their company.

LOVE THE CAMERA KEEPS MY GIRLS SAFE AS WELL THEY CAM USE OUR ALEXA TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PERSON AT THE DOOR RATHER THAN GOING TO THE DOOR.

I have had the doorbell pro installed for about 2 weeks. I have it to record events only, which there have been zero鈥ther than the short videos from installing it. The battery is already down to 50%. I wasn鈥檛 really expecting much more than maybe 90 days, but I鈥檓 hoping to get 30 days out of a charge. Disappointed.
Video quality is great, but feel like the field of vision could be better. My previous video doorbell, I could see where packages had been left below the doorbell. I can鈥檛 seem to set the viewing area on this unit, and it is really not picking much up.
I like the fact that there is no monthly fee, but for a doorbell camera, is probably a little overpriced.
