My video doorbell failed after 6 months so I contacted after-sales support, expecting to be fobbed off with a lame excuse. However Julie responded to my cry for help and after confirming the failure quickly replaced the unit. Well done aosu.

the product is very easy to install. The battery lasts for long as expected. The support is first class specially with Daisy who is very responsive. Five Star for all. I fully recommend AOSU brand and already ordered aditional cameras.

I love this video doorbell and the company is wonderful I had a problem with the doorbell when I first bought it and I talked to them and they totally replaced it for me I recommend buying from this company they go out of the way to help any issues or any problems
