I recently had some trouble with my wireless dorrbell system and the AOSU team supported the issue extremely quickly. The app is extremely user friendly and has a great picture and detecion zones. Highly recommend.

The doorbell cam is an exceptional device. The only reason I did not give this rating five stars is that I had a problem with the camera attaching to the bracket. The company was quick to alleviate this problem by responding with an acceptable solution. Thank you Ann.

I had an excellent and fast service from Aosu Doorbell Support Team (from Daisy), and this during the Christmas Holidays. I was very impress: she explained how she could fix my problem and offer to send me free of charge missing part ("a complimentary 32GB SD card as a special Christmas gift from our management team"). This is the best service I ever had from a company. Thank you so much Daisy and to your Support Team.

I bought these cameras a while back and theyve been super reliable. Recently one of the cameras stopped working and wouldnt power on, i reached out to support and got a very quick response from Julie who was helpful and polite. Camera is working again and they welcomed any follow up concerns with the issue.

This is a great product if you need a door bell and camera. We have two now for both homes. Human telephone support is priceless on the odd occasion we've needed some help.

This camera works well to record as soon it detect any motion in front of the camera. If someone ring the doorbell, it send a sound ( chime melody) on the doorbell and inside the appartement where you plug in the homebase and also send a notification call on your phone so your always notified and it's a two way radio so you can answer to whoever at the door from your phone anywhere you are. Your recorded video can either be store on a tf card or in a cloud storage ( If you decide to pay a subscription per month or year. ) This product comes with one year warranty. My camera got defective before my warranty ended. Spoke with ( Julie ) a agent from Aosu team and she is sending me a replacement. Thanks again Julie for a fast resolution.
