My experience with the Aosu team was incredible. I called to fix the problem with my doorbell system, speaking with Llewellyn, who took all the necessary information to start my case. The next day, I was contacted by Nicole from the Escalation Team. She sent me a message letting me know that my unit would be replaced since the one I had wasn't working properly. Both of the people who assisted me were so kind, patient, and understanding, and they made sure my Aosu system worked correctly. I truly give them five stars for all their hard work.

Hello. This item has turned out to be a very good option working as promised. I had issues with the setup, mainly because of my understanding of the system and also of my Android phone.
This was all sorted out by the Support team (Nicole) who, with great patience worked through the problems I was having. I recently added the battery powered solar charge outside light which again works very well and great support from the team. A really good feature of this device is that the solar panel is removable so it can be placed is the best position for charging therefore allows you to place the light where you want it.

I have recently had an issue with one of my Aosu products, namely a video doorbell. I sat back anticipating a long, drawn out procedure to obtain a refund or replacement.
How wrong I was! I was lucky to get to deal with a lady called Ann, (no surname), she has been so very helpful and professional, throughout and has resolved my issues satisfactorily.
She is a credit to the company and deserves a special mention. A big thank you.

Have had an Aosu doorbell camera for about 2 and a half years. Had an issue with the camera and it was replaced by Aosu with no issues. The new camera works perfectly.
