Door bell wasn鈥檛 working properly, got incontact with the company . They sorted it out and sent me a new doorbell. Really appreciated their help. If having any trouble just go on their chat line and they get straight back to you.

This door camera is probably the best we have found. No Cloud or subscription needed. You can download the recording using a video app from Google Play. This free app will allow a conversion format so you can capture, edit, and save as a home video. The only problem I see is that there is a four- sec. delay in recording in motion. So a person can be on the way out before it records. Technology should start recording as soon as it detects movement. Thank you, Tim

I want to thank Ms. Julie for assisting me with purchasing a new doorbell camera. She was very easy to work with and resolved my issue with perfect timing. I choose Julie everytime. Aosu is a great product. :)

We have bought this one for my Grandson's house as we have one ourselves and are very pleased with it, we use to have a Ring doorbell but changed so we didn't have to pay a subscription every year, the quality is as good or not better than the Ring.
If it had a removeable battery it would be even better.
