Purchased the video doorbell to match existing cameras, and I can honestly say the Aosu video doorbell is so much better! We had a different doorbell camera before this one, a popular brand, however we were disappointed with them. The Aosu doorbell camera captures the perfect amount of footage, quite quick with real time events and really enjoy the facial recognition feature. Wish the battery lasted longer, but we do live on a busyish street so it鈥檚 understandable. Highly recommend. Would be even better to have an angled mount included to have even better visibility.

After six months, our video doorbell had a glitch and started ringing without cause. I contacted AOSU support, and they replied almost instantly. They offered to replace the doorbell. I鈥檓 sure this will fix it.

I have used Aosu for years. I hate they went to a cloud based for watching past events. Absolutely won't buy any more for this reason. Would send back if I could.

Aosu is so quick to respond to any questions and they back their product. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them because they're reliable and easy to get a hold of. Even when I was delayed they still honored me.

I replaced an older Ring with this, after they went to a subscription only video service. This thing works great, and is easy to install. Best of all - no subscription required! Awesome!

i found the battery would not last more than a few days before needing re charged. after contacting help line Ann worked out a plant was tripping the door bell. the plant was relocated and the door bell is now working ok now.

As often happens with online orders, there were some issues. However, the service and email communication were very convenient and excellent. The problem was quickly resolved. The company, and especially Nicole, was constantly available, efficient, and very professional. The devices are fully functional and work as described. I highly recommend them, and I know I will definitely buy more devices from this company in the future.
