I鈥檝e had a very good experience with the Aosu doorbell camera overall. The video quality is clear and sharp, and the motion detection is reliable and responsive. Installation was straightforward, and the app interface is user-friendly, making it easy to monitor and manage alerts in real time.
One thing to note is that the device does have some limitations in extremely cold temperatures. During very cold weather, you need to charge the camera by bringing it inside the home(@ room temp, which is something to consider if you live in regions with harsh winters) once it is charged it's performance is quite normal.
That said, for most conditions, the camera performs well and offers great value for its features. I appreciate the design, ease of use, and overall functionality. With slight improvement in cold-weather charging, this would be an excellent all-around product.

I never had a company which is as responsible as Aosu. They answer to you right away when you have a question. I am happy to do business with Aosu. Their doorbell are very good products and you can always count on them and the Aosu support team is there for customer.

They have dedicated support and offered to replace my device that I had for over a year because I wasn鈥檛 happy with the battery degradation. For the record I bought 2 devices over a year ago and one still holds full battery and the other has a battery that keeps half the charge of the other one. Because of this they sent me a brand new device . Great company and great device ! No monthly subscription required to use it.

A solid upgrade and arguably one of the best in its class. The picture quality is excellent鈥攃lear, sharp, and reliable. Call notifications take around five seconds to come through, which is reasonable for everyday use. Most of the intelligent features sit behind an overpriced subscription, but the good news is that the core functions work extremely well without it. Once installed, it connects consistently and performs exactly as you鈥檇 expect from a premium device.

I bought this Aosu doorbell for the second time after 4.5 years. The order arrived promptly and seemed straight forward. I unboxed the item and I unscrewed the old doorbell and luckily, it was mounted on wood siding so screwing in the new doorbell was real easy.The set up was effortless. After downloading the app and syncing with my existing devices. It took me about 15 minutes to install and set up the Aosu doorbell.
So far the wired Aosu doorbell is working as intended. I was able to easily adjust the motion zone on the doorbell using the Aosu App so as not to receive notifications when my neighbour walked down their front sidewalk. The night vision is very good providing a clear and easily viewable picture.I am so happy with the end result. The camera produces high resolution video and the intercom function is great. The motion detection is a great plus as is the ability to add users to the footage. It鈥檚 a fantastic system, and my family is so at ease knowing we have the added security. The video capture range is perfect and the features are great. I highly recommend this product, you won鈥檛 be disappointed.
I also have purchased another Aosu outdoor camera unit and they both are performing well.

Difficulty reinstalling a video doorbell. Was helped through the process but to no avail. Waited 24 hours and it has installed. The person who helped dude a very good job - only problem was the connection was not very good

The Doorbell Pro was recommended to us and so we ordered it. Fitted it and hey presto it worked fine. except I could save events. So I contacted After Sales service and I got an overnight reply. Julie helped me out and made sure the system was OK and I was happy.
So now - I can say the system works exactly as I had hoped. Thanks Aosu and thank Julie
