I have had a registration issue with my Aosu door bell and sent an email to support email address. They were very quick to reply and help even at the weekend. Especially Ann from the support team helped a lot and solved my issue.
When you buy a product, I think the most important things is the support from the manufacturer when you need it.
I am also happy with the quaility of the product.

I have a couple of these doorbells, one at my house and one at our in-laws. Was firstly attracted to the no subscription, simple insert an sd card and away you go, very clear instructions on how to install,like the idea of the sd card being inside the house also so if the doorbell does actually go missing I would still have the footage. The image is clear, night vision is really good, communication with whoever is at my door is both simple to do and clear.
To be honest, I dont see why some would pay double the price when this one does the lot.
