I recently lost access to my AOSU camera and could not connect to the AOSU www to reconnect the camera because my email address has changed and I could not logon to the AOSU www site. I sent and email to your support group and received a response from Ann. She carefully guided me to set up a new account, and then to log on to then ADD Device and successfully got the camera working again. Anns patience and clear instruction made solving this problem easy.

I have had a door bell and video camera for a year now and have had no trouble installing or using, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I鈥檓 very pleased user, I been through devices like Ring and eufy, and very disappointed with them, Aosu comes with chime base memory card, very responsive app , had good WiFi reception, no issues all, highly recommended
