I鈥檝e owned the doorbell camera for about 17 months. There was a problem with the registration on the app when my email changed. Ann and her team came to the rescue. The reason for 4 stars is that the camera does not work when temperatures are -20C which happens a lot here in Canada.

I have been using 7 aosu cameras for my home security in Ontario and I am extremely impressed. The system is reliable, the 2K image quality is crystal clear even at night, and I love that there are no monthly fees. The local storage works perfectly. Highly recommend aosu for anyone looking for serious home protection!

The doorbell camera worked very well for us. We love the features and the "No Subscription" option. However, when we experienced a problem with it charging, AOSU Support was right there. They were pleasant, easy to contact and lightning fast with their resolution. They replaced the unit without issue. Thank so much!
