I also bought one then i barely off the 30 days and found it had no Brakes I was on a slight incline with gravel and we almost ran into the neighbor fence then we got it some what straight and push it back with my F250 to put it in my back carport. now I have to get my son help use the dolly this defeat my purpose . but all they could say we can not help you call the vendor.

Don’t go off pavement… ever

I know the documentation lists gravel as a risk, but my camper only weighs around 3500 lbs which is less than half of the dolly’s rating. As soon as I got off pavement, it got stuck right away. I jacked up the camper and put boards under the tires, and I also unhooked and used loading ramps laid flat under the dolly tires so everything was out of the loose gravel. The dolly still couldn’t push the camper back out due to a very slight incline. I messed with it for 3 hours and finally got it to move just enough so I could get my truck to the camper to get it out and back to pavement. Moving the ball mount up and down, forward and back did nothing to help. This dolly is really nice to get in and out of tight positions on flat pavement, but beyond that, it’s no help at all.
