I've had this chair for almost a year and did not find anything in the 1-star review to be be true, except perhaps that the chair doesn't go super high. I disagree with the 1-star review's suggestion that it is an unreasonably low chair. While it may not go extremely high, it goes reasonably/normally high. I'm 5'11 and have no problem with the height or any other aspect. It's not a super deluxe chair, but it's decent enough, and wasn't any trouble to assemble. I got it on sale, and consider it a reasonable value. No complaints about the chair.

Not worth it.

3 days after using the chair the foam flattened and it hurt to sit on it for long periods of time, also you can feel the bolts when you sit on it. You can only adjust height of the chair, does not go very high. The delivery was quick, it came 1 day faster then the estimated date.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
