Excellent Mac product

As usual, can always depend on a quality product from Mac. This is my third laptop and the lightest yet! Had a couple of password issues but easily resolved. Will continue to purchase Mac products.

Just like all Apple products, this MacBook Air has integrated to our family well. It is quick, battery lasts as advertised, and the quality is superb. Would reccommend

Unexpected heating issue

I like MacBooks overall, but the Macbook Air M1's heating problems caught me off guard. To avoid these kinds of problems, one reason to go from other laptops to a MacBook was one of the reason. incredibly disheartening.

Stick with a windows pc

I was sick of all the bloatware that comes in a pc, so I thought I’d try a Mac… BIG MISTAKE!!! It’s completely useless! You can’t get it to do anything without a 20 step process!!!! The user interface is ridiculously convoluted! I’ve had iPhones forever, I assumed it would operate in a similar manner- but no… even something as simple as backing up my iPhone to an external hard drive requires a computer science degree! (Lookup a YouTube video on this to see what I mean!)… even setting up my email folder was a 2 hour endeavour- and it still doesn’t work right! Seems to decide all on its own if my email is worthy to send… Never again Apple! I’m going back to windows and using this stupid MacBook as a doorstop. It sucks! What a waste of time and money.

Great product. Brand new older model MacBook M1 chip in original packaging - open box. It was exactly as described, working & 100% battery capacity and at a great price! I’m very happy with the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. A+ seller!
