I have bone on bone in my CMC joint and DJD in my wrist and hands. This bar allows ,e to continue training, modifying dumbbell exercises to take strain off these joints.

It’s ok. The grip on the handles is off center and it’s hard to get an even grip on it. It’s also very difficult to get it on the hook of the cable machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
