Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review! If you wish to unblock a number please press the Call Block button, then select "Block a single number" from the options. After that please select the phone number you wish to unblock, press Unblock then select Yes. Hope this helps! - S
Purchased one of these about 20 years ago, and it always worked well. When needing a new one with an extra handset reordered from same company, same style.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Leonard! Thank you for your valued recommendation and support. We truly appreciate your continued trust in our products over the years. Hearing that your original purchase served you well for two decades is incredibly rewarding. We're honored that you chose to return to the same model and company when it was time for an upgrade. Thank you for your loyalty!
We've used Panasonic phones for awhile. My husband can't get used to mobile phones so he has an old flip phone style one for when he leaves the house, otherwise he uses a landlane. We haven't used this system long, but first off, he couldn't figure out how to get to the intercom. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 rating. They switched out the shortcut for the directory which has another shortcut. I would LOVE to see a version where I got to pick what the shortcut is. It should be the intercom. We bought enough to use all 6 extensions. Love that we can name the extensions. I used a sharpie to color the call block button red. Like the square button for shortcut directory. Haven't used the other features enough to rate them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed 4-star review, it means a lot to us. We’re happy to hear you're enjoying the system overall, especially the ability to name extensions and expand up to six handsets. We truly appreciate your note about the intercom shortcut; real-world insights like yours help us understand how families use our products day-to-day. Customizable shortcuts are a great idea, we’ll be sure to pass that along to our design team. And we love your creative Sharpie solution for the call block button! Wishing you and your husband many clear and convenient calls ahead!

Hi Marilyn! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the phone overall. Battery performance can vary depending on usage patterns, features in use, and the types of batteries you use. If you have AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries with a higher amperage the charge will last longer. Please make sure to keep the handsets on the charging cradle when they are not in use. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue developing products designed to meet a variety of user needs.

Hello Linda! We’re genuinely sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience setting up your voicemail. If you wish to record a greeting for your phone, please make sure the answering machine is turned on by pressing ANSWER ON/OFF on the main base. Then, you can record a greeting by pressing MENU, then [#] (pound key) and then typing 302. Your input is valuable, and we’ll definitely be reviewing how we can make the instructions clearer and the process easier. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
I am very pleased with the phone. My one concern is that it doesn't have a talking phonebook like my previous Panasonic phone. I really liked that feature.
