Steamer is great. Heats up in under 30 seconds and runs for about an hour on a full tank of water. We’ve only had it for a few weeks at my place of business I manage, and the padding that goes up the whole tube for the hot steam to come out of the device already started tearing at the handle of the device. We’re hoping it’s an easy fix with the warranty ?

Exactly what I needed! I have a lot of nicer clothes that need ironing and a regular iron wasn’t cutting it. I’ve tried smaller hand held steam irons but those weren’t doing much either. So glad I purchased this one
