I had an issue with the pants presser attachment and a broken clip on the nozzle. The customer service agent was helpful immediately. Knew exactly what to do and resolved the situation immediately!! I am so appreciative of the service I received. The replacement part should be on its way shortly and I'll be back in business again, pressing pants the way I like them!!!

Love this steamer

My mom has the same steamer and it’s better and more efficient than any other steamers I have used in the past. I received one from her as my bridal shower gift. There was a part that was cracked from the delivery service, but customer service was quick to respond and send a new part. Thanks :)

My daughter purchased this for me and it is so convenient for me to use. No more ironing for me. I love the expandable height allowing you to steam a dress or a shirt.

Strong Steamer!

I have had this steamer for about a year - strong steam comes from the hose and the dual hanger bar is strong for holding clothes i am waiting to steam.
Customer Service was very helpful with questions i ad about my unit!

We purchased the SALAV Steamer for my daughters wedding. We had a brunch for the bridesmaids where they all got their hair done and then got dressed for the wedding. The Wedding was in Arizona but we had bridesmaids from Connecticut, California and Tennessee so we bought the steamer to use on their dresses. The groomsman used on their suites as well. The steamer worked like magic and all the dresses and suites looked amazing. We have also used the steamer periodically for other events and our dresses and suites always looked like they came from the dry cleaners. I would highly recommend this product. It works as advertised or better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
