Only used once but love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome pellet smoker/grill. I’ve only had time to use it one weekend and made ribs, wings and a whole chicken. Easy to used and great results. A cold smoker add on box would be a nice accessory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is when we received our grill it had a dent in it. I’m not sure if it was from manufacturer or transportation but when I contacted support they were kind and helped me with the issue.
