[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm enjoying the grill. I love being able to set the temperature and it takes care of itself. You can literally walk away and the grill will keep the temperature where you set it. I'm going to enjoy it for a long time.

Great smoker, even better price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve put this smoker through a workout. I’ve done long and slow smoking of ribs, pork butt, whole chickens. As well as kicked up the heat high to do some traditional grilling of steaks, burgers and brats. I’ve been very pleased with its performance!

Can't beat it for the price

I waited a year to write this review. And let me say this was a fantastic investment. And that year span, I've deep cleaned it once, and cooked brisket, corned beef (also brisket), pork shoulders, ribs, steaks, chicken the list goes on. This thing handles everything I've thrown at it and then some. It smokes food beautifully. Bakes and grills wonderfully. It takes a minute to get the hang of especially coming from smoking foods the traditional way with wood and a firebox but it's by no means a steep learning curve. It has consistent temperature control which when you have small children to wrangle and other work to do means you can set it and forget it only checking on the food when necessary without also having to maintain a fire. If I remember I'll try and update yearly as we go along.
