[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy set-up, start-up was a little time consuming but overall very happy with my Z Grill. Just a hint- put a couple pellets in the initial start-up the augar moves pretty slow in the smoke position and it's a little hard to see it move.

Great little smoker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus far I have cooked on it three times, and the results are amazing! This is my first pellet smoker and although it was a little smaller then expected it is a great family size smoker. I was disappointed there was no cover with it, and it doesn’t appear that z-grills even sells a cover for the model I purchased. Building was a little difficult as a one person job but not impossible and was completed in about an hour. This is a great entry model smoker!

I have enjoyed cooking Brisket, Chicken and Ribs on it already. Works great. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased I purchased!!! Going to get a LOT of use this summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as advertised. I've enjoyed using if for several BBQ's so far. I was a little frustrated the first day of operation or non-operation. All of the instructions say to start the pellet stove in the smoke setting. I had to waste a day troubleshooting to figure out the "Er2" error code. All along, all I needed to do was start it in Shut down setting. Very frustrating that it's not changed in the web site to indicate this. Also, It would be nice if ZGRILLS had a cover for the 550B Grill.

What a smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I received and assembled. I put it to the test. Even let it smoke a brisket for 16 hours. Then came back next with wings and ribs, then bacon wrapped pork tenderloins the next day. This Smoker performed beautifully. I could not be happier. I would recommend this unit to all.
