[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is when we received our grill it had a dent in it. I’m not sure if it was from manufacturer or transportation but when I contacted support they were kind and helped me with the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It heats quickly. Stays in the temp range well. Easy to clean. Took one star away because its a little wobly. Its like one leg is 1/4" shorter. And this may be why the grill is a little wobbly in there. We tried to losen the legs and get it to settle a bit. Hoping it will break in. Over all it works great. Happy to have it.

1st time owner of a Z Grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time to purchase a Z Grill. The purchasing and receiving of the grill was easy. It was also very easy to put together and to operate. The flavor of the steaks on the Z Grill is awesome. The only downside in the whole process was that the bottom tray was damaged during shipment, but Z Grill did compensation me with 2 bags of pellets. I plan on buying another Z Grill for my other home. Thanks Z Grill staff for making it a fun experience.
