[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ThinkBook 15 is replacing a 6 year old Dell Inspiron 15". I use my laptop for browsing, email, social media, heavy photo editing, and light video editing. After 2 weeks of use so far I am happy with the purchase. The photo editing apps feel snappy and export JPGs from RAW files quickly and efficiently even without a dedicated GPU. I haven't done any video work yet, and may update this review after that. It shipped with Windows 11 and that is taking a little more time to get used to. The default themes are pleasant, but there are some window arrangement and notification features that are slightly intrusive. This is a good purchase for the price point.

I was very disappointed with the Thinkbook 15. Right out of the box and it would not connect to the Wi-Fi. After an hour on the phone with support, it was determined that I should return and get a replacement. Second Thinkbook 15 same problem! It was suggested that I needed to download a driver or something to enable it to receive Wi-Fi from my provider comcast. This did not work, it was determined that i should return and get a replacement. No thank you! Enough is Enough. Went out and got an HP and never been happer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
