Suggestion replace plastic pivot retainer at top of main pole with an aluminum part. Eliminate a lot of twisting in slight breeze. This is the second one we have purchased and would purchase again.

Only have parapluies up for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only have parapluies up for a week, they look great and seem to be well made. The water filled base doesn’t do the job however. I’ve bought two bags of patio rocks for each to keep them stable in windy conditions. These go over the folding Adirondack chairs bought earlier.

I received this umbrella and sat it up by our pool area. With any bit of wind it tweaks the plastic pivot. It’s not made very sturdy and is going to break with slight breeze. I do not advise getting this if you live in a breezy area
