We bought these giant umbrellas and had all sorts of issues with the wind. So I decided to find something bigger and more robust that can handle anything. Well, this is it! I put a heavy stone on the bottom and then piled it up with dirt and put some beautiful flowers in it. It looks so good!

The the bottom of the

The the bottom of the stem that you put the umbrella into is quite is flush to the ground whereas my previous umbrella stand the stem sat on top of the crossed base supports. That means the base of this stand was at least 6” shorter than the stand I used before so the edge of the umbrella was below head height ( I am 6’ tall ) it means that unless your umbrella has at least a 6’ pole you will have to suck under the umbrella if this is positioned at a table.
