Poor Quality Material

My umbrella was the previous version of this umbrella. After (2) 4-5 month seasons the material on the crank casing began to disintegrate to the point the umbrella could no longer be opened and closed. When I contacted customer support I was told there is only a 90 day warranty. If the company believed in their product, they would have a longer warranty for product defects such as the one I encountered where the material simply broke down with very little use and exposure to sunlight and weather. Unfortunately, I really liked several features of this product but no longer have the confidence to purchase another one.

Crank broke on the first umbrella we bought, making it unusable. Made the mistake of buying a second and the crank broke again. Very little Customer Service would do the first time so I won't even bother again. Buy a different unit.

Lights do not work. Stand

Lights do not work. Stand base is hard to put metal fasteners in place. Umbrella is pretty hit mechanism is hard to work/turn. Very disappointed in the lights not being functional. They worked for a short period of time. Maybe ten minutes. Then every time I tried to turn them on they flicker and go oit

Directions for assembly were less than stellar as usual. Glad my husband could figure it out. Bought lounge chairs with matching cushions in the navy blue and the set looks great.
