The base worked out to be great. The color was just as pictured and my umbrella looked good. The stand is very sturdy, the wind has not blown my 9 feet umbrella over, so I am very happy with my purchase.

This was a heavy duty umbrella base very sturdy bottom however the welded cylinder that goes on top rusted through within one season. I was hoping I could use it this next summer but now I'm not sure what to do with this big heavy base Is it even recyclable? Does this thing have a warranty?
