The Customer Service was outstanding.

The Customer Service was outstanding. However; the counter levier umbrella base is very light weight and tips easily. I bought 4 concrete tiles to place at the base which works to stabilize the umbrella.

This patio umbrella is nice! Easy to use and the size of the canopy covers everything we need to shade. It is of decent quality. The umbrella doesn't do great when it's windy, but pretty well expected that due to the surface area. We didn't buy the base that goes with it because we had one from our last umbrella. We haven't had to purchase any replacement parts as of yet but it wouldn't shock me If the rope for opening and closing breaks just due to how often it is put up and down. Great purchase for the price!

What a great umbrella! It is very sturdy and fits great on our deck. I was hesitant to purchase a cantilever based on our weather but paired it with the base and couldn’t be happier. I added a light and it’s just perfect!

Didn't even last a year

Purchased last summer and there seems to be a design flaw in the crank housing. Water got in and over the winter, rusted the bolt so when it was opened this year, the bolt snapped. Company unable to replace the part I would need to have a functional umbrella. Lasted less than 1 year.
