It was nice till...

Easy to set up. Beautiful umbrella. Screws the frame into the wood deck. Nice and sturdy. Or so we thought. Small gust of wind blew the unbrella up and Frame bent right where the vertical plow connects to the cross frame at the bottom and Broke the coupling that holds the arm in Place. Wasn’t even a windy day Or a storing gust. :(

Not a very good design for a slight breeze

Poor quality

This umbrella snapped in light wind and broke. This is not unusual with bcp products, look nice but not the best quality. Usually customer service is fantastic (why I come back) but not this time which is a pain. The umbrella broke within a week. It’s pretty though.

Love it but a piece broke the first night

Overall I love this and fully hope we can order a replacement piece or figure something out without having to reorder. We received our umbrella this afternoon and put it up. We had dinner outside and it was lovely. However, when we went to put the umbrella down before bed, a piece on the arm split in two. We will try to temp fix it in the morning but as of now, the tan is out of stock so I can't reorder. Love this product, hate that it broke within 7 hours of owning it.

A place to hang out day or night

This umbrella was super easy to assemble. We used the base weights as well, filling them with sand. It seems to be withstanding some fairly high winds today, so I am pleased. It's well made and I was pleasantly surprised for the affordable price. (Much cheaper than a big box store!) The off set base allows for out of the way placement and the lights under the umbrella illuminate in the evening. It's not enough to eat dinner by, but is a nice ambiance - more like a starry night feel. We've enjoyed spending our days and evening under this umbrella. Shade by day Light by night!

I love this umbrella! First, I love that the pedestal is not in the center and it doesn't interfere in the area space. In the day the umbrella is easy to move and give us shade from the sun. At nights it is really cool to see the solar lights turn on and light up! I really love this umbrella, it was also easy to set up. Highly recommend it, shipping is super fast!
