Pros: Assembly was quick and easy. It seems sturdy. It's easy to move around on the wheels, even when it's full of water. The wheel locks are easy to manipulate without needing to bend over.
Cons: I'm not sure that filling it with water actually means that the weight of it is as advertised. I would hope that the sand would give greater weight to the base, but I opted to use water for easier storage later in the season. (It feels a little awkward to fill it with sand or water since the opening to do so is on the side and not the top.)
(Bonus: I ordered the bronze color for some reason and didn't realize until it arrived and I assembled my umbrella that my umbrella pole is also bronze—perfect match!)

I ordered two of these in brown. I'm very happy with the stability and quality of these. I was disappointed that the shades of brown weren't the same so now I have mismatched bases. Also, one of the knob screws was stripped and unusable.
