[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When unboxed, noticed a rip on the top of the umbrella cloth. Also the solar powered LED lights dont work. I would’ve returned it but it’s sooo heavy that it would’ve been a very costly shipping.

Disappointed with customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the umbrella and noticed a slight tear in the top and the cover to the base wouldn’t lay flat. I reached out to customer service and they offered 15% refund. While I appreciate the offer, I didn’t think it was fair due to the fact that the tear will more than likely get larger over time. I may be sending it back which is more of a hassle, but I’d rather an item with no tears.
The umbrella itself is nice and I would purchase again. The 3 stars is more about my experience than anything.

10' Cantelever with LED lights solar powered

My wife and I absolutely love this umbrella! It fit in perfect with our new backyard set. The lights are a beautiful white. They are subtle and calm but bright enough to light up the area very well. The color of the fabric came exactly as described. It was also very easy to assemble and disassemble if we need to relocate it. Operation of the umbrella is very simple to and we are very impressed with all the different coverage options. We highly recommend this product!

The outdoor cantilever umbrella came nicely packed , easy to follow the instructions kindly provided, I choose to fill the base with water, which gave umbrella, good
stability. The solar LED lights a smart and beneficial addition, solar panel came already with certain amount of power capacity, which allowed to enjoy the time with family.

Exactly What I Am Looking For.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that fact that it comes with the weighted base. Before choose this product. I searched for the same product but did not have the LED lights. And they did not come with the weighted base which you buy separately. Doing the math, it would have cost more than the BCP product. No brainer.
