[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the look of this Offset Umbrella but in reality it is way to top heavy. The crank to open/close it is hard to turn and the "cup" not sure what to call it,, that is suppose to go all the way up and hold the umbrella open does not stay up it keeps sliding down. Unless you have a place to bolt this down it will keep falling over. Had i kept the box I would have returned it.

Base not strong enough, has to be bolted or screwed onto heavier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. As long as the base is secured (with patio blocks or screwed down) a breeze simply sways the hanging top. Recommend closing the umbrella before any stronger winds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it but......we have to weight down the sides with cinder blocks. I wish I had a flatter space to put it but my backyard is bumpy. We may need to just pay around with it some more. All in all I would buy another. Great quality! Great Price!

Flawed design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received product secured base with CONCRETE anchors base has 4 bolts. The umbrella is too heavy it broke after having used it two times. The welding that holds the base is too weak to hold the weight when umbrella is fully opened. I don't recommend this product.
