Great umbrella and a great price.

I bought one 6 years ago and it is still going strong. The canopy has faded but the hardware is in perfect condition. I do no take it down during winter,so its been exposed to the elements 24-7 for 6 years.

Weak base

I got this umbrella and not even a few days after setting it up, the base snapped off. Contacted customer service and they sent another replacement. That one’s base snapped off too. The umbrella itself worked fine but doesn’t matter when the poorly designed base can’t even support it. Terrible product & I wish I never bought it. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

Broke off the base after only three months!

I purchased two of these beautiful offset umbrellas for my yard. I started out just using one of them. I even bought some weights for the stand as the umbrella will tip over if you do not weigh down the base. I used the umbrella for about three months, and the metal connector that holds the umbrella to the base broke off. It seems to be a combination of the metal not being strong enough to hold the umbrella, weight, and rust. We live in sunny Los Angeles, California and used this during the summer months only. Very disappointing.

Not worth the money

We’ve had this for a few weeks but didn’t put it together till last month. Thought it was great until the wind blew. It twisted and turned and is already broken.

I purchased this umbrella for my front patio. Loved the color. Unfortunately only got a chance to use 2x. If it’s a little windy the umbrella itself goes in a different position then it should be in and that bends the top plastic piece. Bad choice.
